I had such a great experience. Kevin at check-in was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable right away. Dr. Bontrager did the most thorough eye exam I’ve ever had. She took her time, didn’t rush through anything, and made sure to answer all of my questions. I really appreciated how she went above and beyond by giving me helpful tips on how to avoid eye strain. I am so grateful that I came across Dr. B! She is so professional and personable, her exams are so thorough and she made me feel very comfortable right away. Dr. Bontrager is the best eye doctor I've ever been to! She is very thorough in her examination and took the time to ask if I had any questions about anything she did in my visit today. I really appreciate that about her, and I will also mention that she is the doctor who helped take care of my husband George when his eyes were so dehydrated that the corneas were actually dead. She went above and beyond what was expected and helped us get the medication George needed directly from the manufacturer! I am so thankful for that too because it was not covered by his insurance and it was going to be very costly to us, but thanks to Dr. Bontrager, it didn't cost us a dime!
