Small Wonder Eyecare No-Show Policy
At Small Wonder Eyecare, we strive to provide excellent, personalized care to each of our patients. To maintain this high standard and ensure availability for all, we have implemented the following no-show policy:
No-Show Policy
If a patient does not show up for their scheduled appointment and does not notify us in advance (no call, no message), they will be responsible to pay our no-show fee, $100. Patients will not be able to schedule a new appointment until this fee has been paid in full.
Late cancellation
Patients who cancel or reschedule their appointments less than 24 hours in advance will be responsible to pay our late cancellation fee, $50. Patients who arrive to their scheduled appointments more than 10- minutes late will be charged the same fee.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call or text our office more than 24 horus before your scheduled time. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another patient in need of care.
