I had such a great experience. Kevin at check-in was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable right away. Dr. Bontrager did the most thorough eye exam I’ve ever had. She took her time, didn’t rush through anything, and made sure to answer all of my questions. I really appreciated how she went above and beyond by giving me helpful tips on how to avoid eye strain. Her attentiveness and personalized care made all the difference. Overall, the entire experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality eye care!

I am so grateful that I came across Dr. B! She is so professional and personable, her exams are so thorough and she made me feel very comfortable right away. Dr. Bontrager is the best eye doctor I've ever been to! She is very thorough in her examination and took the time to ask if I had any questions about anything she did in my visit today. I really appreciate that about her, and I will also mention that she is the doctor who helped take care of my husband George when his eyes were so dehydrated that the corneas were actually dead. She went above and beyond what was expected and helped us get the medication George needed directly from the manufacturer! I am so thankful for that too because it was not covered by his insurance and it was going to be very costly to us, but thanks to Dr. Bontrager, it didn't cost us a dime!

Very comprehensive exam. The optometrist took her time and listened to my experiences and needs. She was very kind. I had exams I’ve never had before. Definitely worth the price because the level of care is above what you’d get at a normally place that gets you in and out in 10-15 minutes.
